SAVE-a-Job

The smallest state in New England, Rhode Island, is leading the way in
proposing a statewide "work share" pilot program.

Rhode Island Senator Jack Reed is grabbing the bull by the horns, as
unemployment hovers around 10 percent, and is proposing a bill that
will save jobs and encourage companies to shave hours instead of people.

Hey, a 4-day workweek is better than receiving a pink slip, right?
