Pick Sotomayor

The pick is in and President Obama has nominated Sonia Sotomayor as the replacement to David Souter, who's retiring.

Now comes the challenging hurdle, can President Obama's nomination withstand the testing that will include a number of New Englanders who are die-hard Red Sox fans, while Sotomayor is Bronx-raised Yankees fan? (She is well-known for ending the Major League Baseball strike back in 1995, in favor of the baseball players.)
