Jewelry that grabs your attention

Whenever I see someone wearing one of those monitoring devices, I immediately start wondering what they did to wind up wearing such a horrible looking piece of equipment.

I wonder what this young man did?

While walking on Pleasant Street yesterday, I noticed how dark the sky was above City Hall.

It made me think: Maybe with all the wheeling and dealing that takes place at City Hall, there might be some bad "juujuu" in the building?

Elsewhere in downtown, the sky was blue and the birds were singing.

I spotted this police officer on the tracks near the Super Walmart.

I wonder if the guy on the right was attempting to cross the tracks and the police officer stopped him?  At first, I thought he was in handcuffs, but he wasn't.
