Was Barney Frank off his rocker when talking about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac a few weeks ago? It sure looks like he was "off" just a bit.

Alan Greenspan on April 6, 2005, stated that there were some signs to look at more closely and warned of being to aggressive.

What caused the economic crisis? Some blame the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 passed by President Jimmy Carter and subsequently changed by President George H.W. Bush (1989) and President William J. Clinton (1995) and President George W. Bush (2005).
