In reading this article about Dariusz Nurzynsk, who was stabbed last night by two teenagers near Seymour Street, I couldn't help but look at this picture and shake my head.

I  guess Karol Wojtowicz, who's originally from Poland and visiting his family on vacation, wasn't sure what the officer was saying and the Office made it a point to make Karol got the point.

I guess today was the day for the Worcester Police Department to make sure they make their quota for the month because the men in blue were in full-effect mode this morning on Southbridge Street near the weighing station.

I guess there are more than a few folks driving around with expired inspection stickers, sans seat belts and the occasional missing license plates.

Baby Found in NH

The baby was found with a woman who is said to be an acquaintence of
Darlene, the victim, in New Hampshire. This morning, on the TODAY
show, Sgt. Kerry F. Hazelhurst, spokesman for the Worcester Police Department, spoke with Matt Lauer regarding the investigation, and the likely possibility that the baby was found in NH.

Thank goodness the baby was found and reported in 'good' condition.
