[Video] King Street Block Party

As I wrote and posted pictures from last Sunday's King Street Block Party, I decided to shoot some video with my cellphone, chop it up, and upload the video to YouTube.

King Street Block Party

While we stop to remember the women and men who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, our lives were forever changed, but with an enduring spirit and faith we will continue to heal and move forward.


Today, while it wasn't planned this way, the organizers for the King Street Block Party help us all move forward.


The fun has started and continues until 6 p.m.


You still have time to join the festivities and have some great food.

Due to Tropical Storm Irene, the King Street Block Party that was initially scheduled for August 27th was cancelled, and rescheduled for Sunday, September 11, 2011 from 3-7 p.m.
